Pithly is in private beta. It is provided "as is", may change, and may be unavailable at times. Don't rely on it as your only copy of important information.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you send to Pithly. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
Fair use
Don't use Pithly to break the law, to harm others, or to attack or overload the service.
Your model provider
When you connect your own AI model key, your use of that model is also covered by that provider's terms and billing.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by AI model output.
